Art was very pretty, although I ain’t a huge fan of thick, bushy nor sharpie brows. Characters are great. FL is a good person, she could defend herself (if it comes to confrontation), may appear to be annoying since she still ships the ML with the original FL (but that’s pretty understandable). ML will fall for FL overtime, he may appear funny at times (low-key wondering why there isn’t a comedy genre attached to this). Plot is great, hope to see more chapters updates. Translation was great (ain’t sure if they’re any errors since I just reread this in the speed of lightning).
Overall a great read, so go ahead and check it out!!

If you think about it.. Since it isn’t Emily that Cedric would get married to and suppose that Dylan and Cedric wouldn’t have child any time soon then even if Cedric met Adeline, he wouldn’t be as enamored with her as he was in the novel. According to Dylan’s memories of her past life, main reason why he sought companionship with Adeline is because he was in despair after all. All Dylan has to do is to be there for him and make sure he wouldn’t fall into depression if his grandfather died like in the novel.

I started reading this with the expectation that it would be another cookie-cutter isekai romance… I was happily so wrong.
First of all, the women in this story don’t fall into the categories of A) Villainess or B) Dead. The ML’s mom is alive and probably my favourite character. She’s a tsundere softie who ends up adoring her daughter in law. The FL’s goal isn’t to subvert the story in order to survive but rather to save her sister who she loves from an early grave. The ML’s ex girlfriend isn’t evil either, since he’s a good person and dates good people. The FL is just… wonderful. I adore her, it’s such a pleasure to see her in action.
While this story starts out with the marriage of two people who don’t know each other, it’s handled really well. The ML is completely respectful, even going so far as to not follow the tradition of kissing his wife on the lips during their wedding since the FL asked him not to. He clearly really likes her (at least as a friend) from the get-go, and due to the plot of the original novel the FL wishes for his happiness and knows he’s a good person, but is just waiting for the year to pass before the novel’s FL enters the picture.
TLDR: This is so enjoyable and well written. You’ll often find yourself grinning from ear-to-ear and should definitely give this a shot.
