The harems not a very large part of the story, it’s more exploration and fighting orientated, the romance only comes in towards the end. The story itself is actually very loved by those who enjoy fantasy and fight based environments as it offers quite a unique way to gain strength for our main character while still leaving some stereotypes intact. Overall I recommend you give it a try rather than instantly judging it by a single tag that’s just a minor part of the story.
