This is just my opinion and feel free to disagree but I really hate Ari in this chapter she’s literally forcing someone to become apart of her harem which he had not at all consented with and even when he out right refused she used her power and influence making him join using the countries conflicts as a last resort. Ari has said how she hates when men use women as sexual objects and forcing them to marry a man, similar to how lord meldea wanted to “I can’t wait to break you in” I know she isn’t r*ping anyone but it doesn’t make it magically alright. Yet she doing the same thing there? Its hypocritical. Plus not everyone is comfortable in being in a polyamorous relationship, especially if there forced into it. And the panel where she says she’s going to “Touch up the blue gemstone as I see fit” Just makes me REALLY uncomfortable.
To me at least this isn’t a power move or a feminist thing and people here calling her “a queen” “powerful woman” “such a badass” isn’t really justified, don’t get me wrong I originally loved this story it was defiantly different but that doesn’t mean its a good thing. She’s just a Mary Sue. It’s disappointing, the story feels like it isn’t even progressing and badly written.
Again, this is my opinion feel free to agree or disagree.
